The inside of the place, whilst almost pitch black in the daytime, is uber-cosy and always rocks heavy come the evening: a hectic schedule of live music, poetry and DJs keep a lively atmosphere pumping most nights of the week.

The daytime mix of unemployed media types, footloose bohemians and whining office workers is a pleasant enough mix to mingle in and suck down ice cold bottles of imported lager on the wealth of benches that spew out of the door.
