Would it be a sweeping generalisation to say that bars underneath bridges are usually pretty good? They benefit from the acoustics of the arches (so I'm told). Buddha Bar is no exception (part of a mini-chain with sister branches in Paris and Prague) the place does certainly give off a charming sound when darkness falls.
